Welcome to inMotion Fitness & Wellness. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and participation in our SMS communication program. By signing up for our classes, memberships, or SMS campaigns, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Participation Terms

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to join. Minors must be at least 16 years old to participate in a studio class, unless inMotion Fitness & Wellness provides a written exception, and a parent or legal guardian must register on the minor's behalf and consent to these terms. Your membership is personal and non-transferable.

Payments & Fees: Membership fees are billed monthly unless otherwise stated at sign-up. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel or pause your membership, please provide written notice at least 30 days before your next billing cycle.

Studio Rules: Members are expected to adhere to studio etiquette, including but not limited to proper use of equipment, respect for instructors and fellow members, and cleanliness. Misconduct may lead to membership termination.

2. SMS Communication Program
As part of our services, inMotion Fitness & Wellness offers an SMS program to keep you informed and motivated. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages related to our services.
 

Program Name: inMotion Fitness & Wellness SMS Campaign

Message Frequency: You can expect to receive up to 4–8 messages per month depending on your usage and attendance, including but not limited to:

• Class schedule updates

• Class and event reminders

• Exclusive promotions and offers

• Studio closures and updates

 

Product Description: The inMotion Fitness & Wellness SMS program is designed to keep you updated and engaged with personalized class information, scheduling, and exclusive offers.

Opt-out Information

• To opt out of the SMS program at any time, text "STOP." After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from us.

• For single-message programs, you will receive only one message upon opt-in, and no further action is required unless you wish to opt out of future communication.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Please check with your provider for details.

Associated Costs: Participation in the SMS program is free from our end, but you are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier, including text message fees and data rates.
 

3. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable New Jersey law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through arbitration.

4. Changes to Terms & Conditions
inMotion Fitness & Wellness reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification via SMS.
