Barre Princeton


Barre is an all level fusion workout that blends elements from different exercise styles including ballet, pilates, and yoga. This low impact class will help you build and strengthen your muscles, improve your core strength and posture and increase flexibility. A variety of props may be used in class such as light to medium hand weights, pilates/fitness ball, etc and our certified barre instructors will always provide options for you making this classes accessible to all levels.
