Pilates is for just about everyone! Class consists of low impact exercises that target the core muscles of the body (abdominals, back & glutes) to create better posture, increase strength, and improve balance and flexibility. inMotion offers several Pilates classes a week. In addition, inMotion offers both Private and Small Group Pilates Reformer Classes.*
