CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 

 

All payments are final and no refunds will be provided.*

 

All monthly memberships (ex. Studio Unlimited, Unlimited Zoom, Content Library) run for 4 weeks (28 days) and will automatically renew until cancelled.  inMotion Fitness & Wellness must be notified in writing at info@inmotionfw.com 72 hours before the next cycle is charged.  There is no cancellation fee. New memberships can be cancelled within the first 3 days of purchase so long as no virtual or in person classes have been taken.

 

By taking advantage of discounted 6 month contracts you are aware that they cannot be cancelled or frozen until the 6 months have been fulfilled.  

 

Passes for Pilates Reformer and Personal Training (Pilates Reformer: 1:1, Small Group or Personal Training) are non-refundable. Scheduled session may be cancelled with 12 hours notice given to your trainer of inMotion (www.inMotionFW.com). If notice of cancellation for a scheduled session is not received with 12 hours notice, the client agrees to pay the fill amount that would have been due had the scheduled session taken place.
