About the Event
This 8 week, research based-program applies what science says peri and post menopausal women specifically need. We will train differently than you are currently training and incorporate different nutrition guidelines, We will apply what the science says to help you work with your changing physiology to maximize your fitness, health and wellness during menopause.
Program Includes:
• Orientation
• 4 KMITA training sessions/week for 8 Weeks
• Nutrition Guidelines
• Suggested meal/snack plans
• Training sessions will be offered live in studio, live on zoom and on demand in a private content library collection.
• Symptom inventory, measurements and weight will be taken at the start, mid-point and end of the program
• Session on meal prep
• Access to wellness and nutrition coaches
