Randie has been passionate about educating people on how they can evolve their lifestyle to become healthier, happier, and more energetic through good nutrition and exercise for more than 30 years.
Certified as a Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Functional Nutrition Counselor, her goal is to teach individuals about their bodies so they can be their own best advocate in their health journey.
In her down time, she loves to bake, hike, read and spend time with her family and 4 dogs.
